These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Soccerdex (“the Service”), a personal, non-commercial project for predicting the 2026 FIFA World Cup with friends. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Soccerdex lets you create or join prediction pools, make bracket picks, and compare results with friends. The Service is provided free of charge and may change as the tournament approaches.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Soccerdex.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Sign in using your own Google account or email address — do not impersonate anyone else.

You are solely responsible for the content you post in pools.
You keep ownership of the predictions and messages you create. By posting them, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content within the Service so it works as intended — for example, showing your picks on a pool leaderboard.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that scores and standings will always be accurate. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soccerdex and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms or misuses the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
